NDE9000 series electrolyte analyzer applies the updated embedded processor. The program control is used for test, calibration, and monitor of electrode status. The instrument is equipped with intelligent monitoring sensors, which can accurately detect the sample, air bubble, waste reagent overflow alarm, and standard reagent exhaustion alarm. Since the instrument is equipped with an additional sample position indicating light and standard reagent position indicating light, it is convenient and simple for users to operate the instrument and to obtain the accurate tested results.
 

Three measures for guaranteeing precision

1. It has to guarantee stability before guaranteeing precision. All electrodes are installed in an aluminum alloy shielding box; Besides, the ND4000 series is also specially equipped with a sample earthing electrode to make the electrode group work reliably and stably. Even in interferential conditions, it can also measure exactly.
2. Adopt a particular flow path design, which makes the route shortest and simplest. The whole pipeline adopts a micro-porous caliber. The pipeline is washed in the methods of automatic calibration and manual calibration. In the analyzing method, it adopts an intelligent end-point program to guarantee each measured data's precision.
3. Adopt international calibration technology to correct gradient and intercept, particularly to correct the measurement result that is important to the clinic. Besides, it also adopts a special-purpose Q C analysis program to give a report including Average Value (X), Standard Deviation(SD), and Coefficient Variation (CV), which not only guarantees the measuring level in clinic sample and laboratory quality control, also is adapted for different manufactories QC products.
